Product Description

Desktop Single Pass Printer for Paper Bags – Compact Product Overview
I'm not going to pretend a spec sheet tells you anything. It doesn't. What matters is what happens at 4pm on a Friday when a customer just changed the artwork and still wants the bags tomorrow.
That's the moment this desktop single pass printer was built for. It sits on a bench. Or a counter. Footprint about 1460 × 660 mm - no dedicated print room. The head crosses the bag once, one pass, and that's it. No plates, no screens, no half-hour cleanup because someone changed the logo. You send the file from a Windows 10 or 11 computer over Ethernet or USB, drop the bags in, and print. Logos, batch codes, QR codes - the head runs up to 1200 × 1200 dpi, so the QR codes actually scan. That's not a given on cheap units.
Three widths, depending on how much bag you need to cover. The K-129S prints a 12.9 cm lane. The K-258S runs two heads for 25.8 cm. The K-297S covers a full A3, 29.7 cm. One color is usually enough for a bag, honestly - but the heads print C/M/Y/K, so when a brand shows up with a full-color logo, you don't have to turn the job away.
Materials: it likes flat bags. Kraft, white board, coated art, some greaseproof-lined stuff - 80 to 150 gsm covers most bakery and takeaway work we've seen. The feed path takes material from 0.1 mm up to 100 mm thick, and the head lifts 120 mm, so the occasional thick box or padded carrier goes through without drama. But test the weird stock first. Heavily coated? Deep texture? Run one. We learned that the hard way - ink just sits there on some coatings, like water on a waxed hood. Ink: dye for bags that go straight into a shopping bag. Pigment if the bag lives in someone's hand all day - it survives the rubbing. Continuous ink supply, so you're not swapping cartridges mid-batch.
The auto feeder is why you'd buy this over a cheaper unit. It feeds flat bags one at a time, so the print lands in the same place on bag fifty as on bag one. Hand-feeding sounds fine until you've done two hundred bags and your brain has left the building. For a one-person shop, that steadiness is the whole game. Line speed runs 10 to 35 meters per minute depending on the job and resolution - we'll time it on your actual bags, because bags-per-hour depends on bag size and anyone who quotes you a flat number is guessing.
It takes your designer's files as they come - BMP, JPG, PDF, TIFF. Runs on 110 or 220 V, 50/60 Hz, plug it in anywhere. Normal room conditions: 15–35 °C, 20–80% humidity, which is just... a room.
Who's it for? Bakeries. Takeaway counters. Small boutiques. Design studios. Jobs in the 50 to 500 bag range, designs that change every week, deadlines that don't care about your schedule. If you're doing thousands a day, look at an industrial line instead - we'll say that to your face, not in fine print.
Swap designs between jobs without touching anything mechanical. Custom configurations are available if your bags need something the standard setup doesn't do.
So if any of this sounds like your week, send us 20 to 50 of your actual bags. We'll run them and show you the results - photos or video - within [3] days, ink and feeder settings sorted for your stock. And we'll tell you straight if the machine fits. Sometimes it doesn't. That's fine too.
