Paper Cup Fan Printer

Paper cup fans are a pain to print. They're thin, they curl, and if you feed them through a regular flatbed they double-feed and jam within minutes. So instead of fighting the material, we built the machine around a vacuum suction platform. Eight independent suction zones pull each fan flat the moment it enters and hold it steady until it exits the print zone. Misfeeds almost disappear.

The print unit is single-pass, built around an HP industrial printhead. Full image in one pass, no back-and-forth scanning. Print speed runs up to 40 meters per minute depending on resolution mode, and the head height adjusts for fan thicknesses from 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm. Set it, lock the knob, and run.

Ink is water-based, because these fans end up as drinking cups. Low odor, dries fast enough for immediate stacking and die-cutting, and it prints logos, batch codes, and variable data in the same pass. Position sensors track the material continuously - if a fan shifts even slightly, the machine stops before the head takes a hit.

We're the factory. Every unit is assembled and burn-tested here for 72 hours before it ships, and you buy directly from us with no dealer markup.
