Most of the takeaway packaging we print on is the kind most printers would rather avoid: uncoated kraft, plain cup paper, porous board. The ink soaks straight in, plates clog, and screen setups cost more than the run itself. That is exactly why we built this machine - it prints a logo or batch code in one pass, with no plates and no screens.

Our customers run everything on it: paper bags, cups and cup sleeves, small box board, flat sheets, even pre-formed burger boxes. Two working widths cover most jobs - 12.9 cm and 25.8 cm. Thickness is the limit that surprises people: the head lifts to 13.5 cm and not a millimetre more. A flat, formed burger box fits comfortably; a stacked or over-filled pizza box will not, and we would rather tell you that now than after a sale. One more thing we learned from shop floors: the surface must lie flat. Wrinkles, bulges, and open flaps cause missed dots and smeared edges - no printer on earth fixes bad stock.

How it works: the stock passes under the printhead once. There is no carriage shuttling back and forth, so registration holds from the first print to the last, and switching from a kraft burger box to a white cup takes minutes instead of a plate change. Daily upkeep is genuinely simple - wipe the printhead, check the head gap, keep the stock flat. Our technicians do it in under five minutes.
