Paper Packaging Printing Machine

Designed for mid-sized carton and shipping-box factories, this paper packaging printing machine uses single-pass thermal inkjet technology to print directly on absorbent coated board - no plate making, no film, no tooling changeovers. The frame is built to your carton dimensions, so it drops into existing carton production lines without modification.

Scalable Print Width

Print width starts at 12.9 cm per HP841 printhead. Stack heads side by side to scale total width well beyond the single-head limit - one machine configuration, many box sizes. Each head carries 6 nozzles, and the adjustable head height lets you switch board thicknesses in minutes instead of scheduling a tooling change.

Stable, Automated Feeding

Boards travel on a vacuum conveyor that holds them flat through the print zone, while infrared sensors detect every incoming sheet and trigger the job automatically. Print speed is continuously adjustable, and resolution can be set from 300 to 1200 DPI depending on text, barcode, or image requirements.

Ink & Software A

circulating ink supply system feeds eco-friendly CMYK water-based ink designed for absorbent board. Our in-house RIP software, paired with licensed color calibration tools, accepts common image formats as well as barcodes, QR codes, and variable batch codes for traceability. Pre-production samples are available for approval before you commit to a full run.

One Machine, Two Roles

For frequent artwork changes, it works equally well as a dedicated corrugated box printer, eliminating plate cost and lead time every time a design is refreshed.
