Paper Bag Printer

Outsourcing short-run paper bags means plate fees on every order and delivery dates you don't control. This machine ends both.

Our single pass paper bag printer is built for print shops, packaging workshops, and e-commerce brands that don't want a giant press eating their floor space and budget. It's compact-just 174 × 70 × 116 cm-and prints flat paper shopping bags in one pass. No plates, no screens, no setup waste. Upload the design, hit print, and bags come out the other end: full color at up to 1200 × 1200 dpi, at conveyor speeds up to 35 m/min, every time.

And the heart of it? An industrial HP TIJ 2.5 printhead paired with fast-drying water-based pigment ink. As a paper bag printer with HP printhead technology at its core, this machine delivers precise inkjet performance and prints that actually hold up-on kraft paper and coated paper alike. Every unit is tested for rub resistance on real production material before it leaves our floor, not demo sheets.

But don't take our word for it. Send us your bags. We'll run a free sample test-your material, your artwork, under production conditions, RIPped and printed exactly as your job would run-so you can see the actual print quality before you spend a dime.

What else? Change designs on the fly. Print batch codes, barcodes, QR codes, different artwork in the same run. Short run today, a completely different design tomorrow. That's the whole point of digital: no waiting, no minimums, no obsolete plates in the trash.

And we don't just ship you a box and disappear. As a paper bag printer supplier, we cover both the machine and the HP printhead with a 1-year warranty. When you call, you reach an engineer who knows this machine-not a ticket queue. Most inquiries get a reply within the hour during working time.

So if you're printing branded retail bags, promotional gift bags, or personalized e-commerce packaging and you're tired of outsourcing, get in touch. Send your sample, ask your questions. We'll tell you honestly whether this machine fits your operation-and if it doesn't, we'll say so.
